These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the digital visibility consulting and optimization services ("Services") offered by AdvanceSEO. The Services include analysis, strategy, and implementation of techniques aimed at improving the Client's online presence, without any guarantee of specific ranking or quantifiable results.
Accessing or using the Services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. AdvanceSEO reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on the terms.html page. It is the User's responsibility to periodically check the updated Terms.
AdvanceSEO undertakes to provide the Services with professional diligence, using updated methodologies. The Client undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of the Services and to respect search engine guidelines. The Client acknowledges that SEO results depend on external, uncontrollable factors.
In no event shall AdvanceSEO be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. The total liability of AdvanceSEO, for any reason, is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services in the last billing month.
Payments for the Services are due according to the terms indicated on the invoice. Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless written cancellation is sent to info@advanceseo.com with at least 15 days' notice before the expiration date. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
AdvanceSEO may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately in case of a substantial breach of these Terms by the Client, including non-payment. The Client may terminate the contract at any time but will not be entitled to a refund of amounts already paid.
